Synopsis[]
Sighting Bob Hope at Yankee Stadium, Lucy hopes to persuade him to appear at Ricky's club. To get close enough to him, she disguises herself first as a hot-dog vendor, then as a tobacco-chewing rookie.
Plot summary[]
Not knowing Ricky already has booked Bob Hope for the club, Lucy tries to get Bob Hope for her husband, dressing ridiculously like a hot dog vendor and a baseball player in the process! At the end, Lucy, Ricky, and Bob Hope all sing "Nobody Likes the Ump."
